Kuber Automotive operates a pan-India network of workshops and channel partners providing multibrand vehicle repair and maintenance, 24x7 roadside assistance, windshield repair and replacement (Windshield Weld), two and three wheeler servicing, and car detailing (Pristine+). Service availability, pricing, turnaround time and warranty terms may vary by location, vehicle make/model, and the nature of the repair, and will be communicated to you by the servicing workshop or channel partner prior to confirmation of work.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. Any information you submit through the Website (including via the contact/enquiry form) must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you for portals such as ERP Login or Claim Track, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Booking, Estimates & Repairs

Service requests submitted through the Website, phone, or app are estimates and do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by the relevant Kuber Automotive workshop or channel partner. Final pricing depends on physical inspection of the vehicle, extent of damage, parts required, and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any repair job that is found to be unsafe, fraudulent, or outside the scope of our technical capability.

4. Insurance Claims

Where repairs are processed through an insurer or third-party administrator, approval of the claim, deductibles, and cashless facility eligibility are determined solely by the insurer as per your policy terms. Kuber Automotive facilitates documentation and liaison but is not responsible for claim rejections, delays, or coverage disputes between you and your insurer.

5. Payments

Charges for Services are payable to the servicing workshop/channel partner as per the final invoice, using the payment modes made available at that location. Any online payment facility linked from the Website is provided for convenience; we recommend verifying invoice details before making payment.

6. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Any warranty on parts or workmanship is as specifically stated on your invoice/job card by the servicing workshop, and is subject to normal wear and tear exclusions, misuse, and third-party interference. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuber Automotive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of use of vehicle) arising from the Services or use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorized access to any portal, transmitting malicious code, submitting false claims/damage reports, or using the Website for any unlawful purpose.
